PAY: $50-$75/hour (based on experience)
PER DIEM: $130/days worked (if applicable)
HOURS: 50+ hours per week

Civil Superintendent Job Description:
We are looking for a high-level Civil Superintendent to lead and manage all civil construction activities . This role requires experience working in fast-paced, safety-driven environments with strict quality and schedule demands.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all civil scopes including site prep, earthwork, grading, excavation, underground utilities, concrete, foundations, and paving
- Manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to meet project schedules
- Read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
- Enforce site safety standards, site rules, and OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reports
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors
- Track productivity, manpower, and equipment usage
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid schedule impacts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent on large-scale commercial/ industrial projects
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods and sequencing
- MUST have OSHA 30
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen
