Assignment Lengths
Schedules
- Day, Evening, and Night Shifts
- Weekday and Weekend Opportunities
- Full-Time and Part-Time Assignments
- Must be available for the following schedule range:
o 6:30AM – 7:00PM – Saturday, Sunday and Monday
o 6:00AM- 6:30PM – Friday Saturday and Sunday
o 6:00PM – 6:30AM – varied weekly schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of LPN licensure.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by providers.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care instructions.
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong attendance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to pass background screening and client-specific onboarding requirements.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, clinic, correctional, behavioral health, or specialty settings.
- Prior contract or temporary healthcare experience.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Flexible schedule and availability for varying assignment lengths.
