Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily production at two facilities. Seeking hands-on supervisors on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervisor and coordinate production teams, providing clear instructions and support to optimize team performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, safety standards, and GMP regulations across production areas.
- Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality and food safety.
- Colloborate with team members on solving problems as they arise.
- Provide training to staff.
- Collaborate with management to develop staffing plans, monitor productivity metrics, and address operational challenges.
Skills
2-4 years supervisor experience withing a manufacturing setting
Skilled in communication and a people first approach.
