Duties
- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and safely to support masonry and construction activities.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist with layout work.
- Aid in renovation and restoration projects by preparing surfaces, mixing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by properly storing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction sites or masonry-related roles is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints reading.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation and other masonry skills is a plus.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while working on complex construction projects.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
