We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to drive dealer-level marketing performance across our OEM-certified ecosystem.
As the Tier 3 Certified Program Lead & Media Strategy Expert, you'll shape and govern our Tier 3 program—owning media strategy, data activation, and partner performance—while connecting OEM strategy to real dealer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
. Lead and evolve the Tier 3 Certified Program across media, websites, data, and retail tools
. Own the Tier 3 media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic (CTV/OTT), and automotive endemic platforms
. Drive data and identity activation (Epsilon, CDPs, tagging) across dealer websites and campaigns
. Establish closed-loop measurement from media engagement lead sale
. Manage and optimize a network of certified partners, ensuring performance and compliance
. Increase dealer adoption through clear playbooks, training, and storytelling
. Deliver insights and optimization strategies across the full funnel
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Minimum 7 years in automotive digital marketing, Tier 3 media, or OEM program management
- Deep expertise in dealer-level media and co-op environments
- Strong understanding of the automotive ecosystem (web providers, endemic, agencies, data partners)
- Experience with data frameworks (Epsilon, CDPs, tagging strategies)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and analytics tools (GA4, CRM, Adobe)
- Increased dealer participation in the Tier 3 Certified Program
- Improved media performance (lower CPL, higher ROAS, stronger conversions)
- Scaled adoption of data and measurement frameworks
- Measurable lift in VDPs, leads, and sales
- Reduced waste and improved alignment across Tier 1, 2, and 3
