We have a problem.
Interesting things happen around here almost every day.
A client asks a question we have never heard before.
A negotiation gets interesting.
Someone explains something in a way that would have made a great video.
Then we realize nobody hit record.
We are looking for someone whose job is to make sure that stops happening.
The Jeff Probst Group is a growing real estate sales and investment company in Centerville, Ohio. We help people buy and sell homes, renovate investment properties, recruit agents, and regularly discover that the meeting probably did not need to be a meeting.
We believe the best content comes from real conversations, not manufacturing something because the calendar says we need to post today.
If you have ever watched a conversation unfold and thought, “Someone should be filming this,” we would probably get along.
What You’ll Do
- Help build Jeff’s personal brand
- Launch and produce our podcast
- Film and edit content at listings, investment properties, meetings, and wherever something interesting happens
- Turn one conversation into multiple pieces of content
- Help create systems so good ideas actually become finished content
You will work closely with our marketing leadership to turn broader strategy into content people actually want to watch.
You will have a voice in the creative process, but you will also be the person making sure good ideas do not remain trapped in a Google Doc forever.
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
- You have a portfolio you are proud of
- You naturally notice interesting moments
- You finish projects
- You do not need someone standing over your shoulder
- You are comfortable saying, “Hold on, say that again,” because you just heard a great clip
- You care more about making content people watch than making content that impresses other videographers
Real estate experience is not required.
Curiosity is.
Schedule and Compensation
This role will start at approximately 25–35 hours per week and is expected to grow into a full-time position if it is a great fit for everyone.
Pay is $27–35 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio.
We are not pretending we already know exactly what the role will look like six months from now. We would rather hire the right person, build it well, and avoid confidently making up details.
