Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as mini-excavators and power tools safely and efficiently to facilitate cable installation and maintenance tasks.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting guides to accurately execute installation plans.
- Perform telecommunications outside plant operations including cable pulling, trenching, backfilling, and conduit installation.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Outdoor work experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding technical instructions.
