Operations Analyst
Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Analyst to help support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for our organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a practical understanding of operations. They are comfortable working with data to identify trends, solve problems, and inform decisions, while also collaborating closely with field teams and stakeholders to drive execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze operational data (ridership, fleet availability, field operations, maintenance records, etc.) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and models to support performance tracking and decision-making

Support labor planning, forecasting, and resource allocation

Help standardize processes and improve data integrity across systems and workflows

Partner with operations, maintenance, and field teams to develop process improvements and monitor results

Identify and investigate operational issues, providing clear recommendations and follow-through on solutions

Assist in managing and executing cross-functional projects, from planning to implementation
Requirements

2–5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL and Python is a plus but not required

Experience building dashboards and working with large datasets. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus but not required

Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving operational environment

Experience in mobility, logistics, or field operations is a plus

Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends and extended hours

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $85,000
