American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Trauma Surgical ICU night shift position requiring 2 years of ICU experience and a KS or compact RN license.

Work in a Level 1 Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) within a hospital setting
-
13-week contract assignment
-
Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
-
Required to work every other weekend
-
No on-call responsibilities
-
Uses OneChart EHR system
-
Active KS or compact RN license currently in hand

Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), both must be AHA
-
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Trauma ICU or Surgical ICU experience preferred

Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Provide critical care nursing to trauma and surgical ICU patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center

Ceil blue scrubs required

Holiday coverage required for any holidays falling within the contracted assignment dates

CPI/MOAB High-Risk training online portion required prior to start, with on-site portion completed during orientation

Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply which could affect pay rate
