Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Technician to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks across commercial and institutional facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall satisfaction of clients and visitors alike. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors using various techniques.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and floor cleaning agents safely, following all safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage.
- Operate cleaning equipment including mops, carpet cleaners, vacuums, and other janitorial tools efficiently.
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or furniture during cleaning operations while adhering to proper ergonomic practices.
- Maintain cleanliness of homes and commercial facilities, including but not limited to kitchens, restrooms, common areas, offices, and other designated spaces according to established standards.
- Respond promptly to special cleaning requests or emergencies to ensure a consistently clean environment for clients.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have Valid Driver's License, vehicle, and car insurance
- Must be willing to work primarily day shift, but willingness to work onto 2nd shift as needed.
- Must be willing to travel anywhere in the Four County Area (Williams County OH, Defiance County OH, Fulton County OH, Henry County, OH and other places as needed)
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services with knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly while following environmental health standards.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members.
- Must be willing to clean in a residential setting and commercial setting.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
