NewYou Medical Spa is seeking a highly skilled, licensed Esthetician with a strong treatment and sales background to join our growing luxury medical spa. This position is ideal for a confident professional who excels in advanced treatments, client consultations, and selling customized treatment packages.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, microneedling, radio frequency (RF), cryotherapy (cryo), and other face & body treatments
- Conduct in-depth client consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Confidently recommend and sell treatment packages and retail products
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Follow all state regulations, spa protocols, and sanitation standards
- Accurately document treatments and client progress
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and spa sales goals
Requirements
- Active Esthetician License (State of Florida)
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on esthetic experience (medical spa experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience with advanced treatments (chemical peels, microneedling, RF, cryo, etc.)
- Strong sales skills with a track record of selling packages and upselling services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
- English and Spanish speakers.
