Full Job Description

Take phone calls, make calls, and leave voicemails
Accurately book appointments / handle payments
Respond to emails
Communicate with the stylists / clients regarding their needs
Place product orders / take accurate inventory
Confidentially construct payroll reports / cash-up
Manage social media / marketing

Job requirements:

6 Months to one year of similar experience
Great customer services
Well dressed / presentable
On time
Good communication skills
Comfortable with problem solving
Knows how to use social media

Position is hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM Tuesday-Saturday or later as needed.
