Income Property Specialists is looking for experienced maintenance personnel who can maintain existing rental units and common areas as well as complete turnover on vacant apartments. Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience with particular emphasis in the residential or apartment industry.
Preferred candidates have experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and interior painting. Extra attention will be paid to those candidates with HVAC experience. Candidates must have a valid CA drivers license, clean driving record, a reliable service vehicle and their own hand and power tools. A criminal background check will be performed on all applicants.
A competitive salary and benefits are provided for full time employees (some positions are part-time for individuals interested in working less than 30 hours/week).
