NFI North is seeking is seeking two 2nd Shift Supervisor for our Community Residence Program (CRP) in Nashua NH. This program augments our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants residing in this treatment facility are seeking independent home-like living.
Responsibilities: Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for designated shifts. Scheduled shifts are typically Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday. Support the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations. Responsible for medication administration and medical management on shift. This position is a member of the management team and has on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree and experience with client population and supervisory/management experience preferred.
