Responsibilities & Duties:
* Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive, and smiling attitude
* Greet all members, guests, children, and parents promptly and enthusiastically
* Build rapport with parents through friendly conversations during classes
* Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, customer care calls, and email communication
* Follow up consistently with all prospective clients and convert leads into memberships
* Confidently ask for sales after every trial/free class
* Assist in calling past-due accounts and maintaining member retention
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and demonstrate strong note-taking skills
* Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
* Establish and maintain an effective referral program
* Stock and organize front desk inventory and merchandise
* Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area and assist in keeping the entire facility clean and organized
* Support and execute birthday parties and weekend events
* Travel and commute to marketing events and assist with outreach initiatives
* Contribute creative marketing ideas and assist with promotions
* Be adaptable and responsive to new systems, processes, and changes
* Work collaboratively in a team environment and support fellow staff members
* Be reliable, punctual, and ready to work every scheduled shift

Qualifications & Skills:
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales experience with the ability to confidently close and upsell memberships
* Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Comfortable speaking with parents and children in a professional and friendly manner
* Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to change
* Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
* Experience working with children is a plus
* Ability to send professional emails and manage basic communication tools
* Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
* High school diploma required
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
