Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to run mid-to-large-scale electronic security installation jobs across North Texas. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level security projects while balancing a broader portfolio of work.
Please note: This is a physical security deployment role requiring construction and low-voltage security experience. Backgrounds strictly in IT, software development, or cybersecurity will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Large-Scale Jobs: Act as the lead on enterprise-level projects valued at $1M+, ensuring they stay on schedule and under budget.
- Juggle Multiple Sites: Simultaneously manage your $1M+ anchor projects alongside a rotating workload of medium-sized installations.
- Coordinate the Field: Handle scheduling, manage project tasks, and assign technicians and sub-contractors to jobs efficiently.
- Keep Budgets on Track: Monitor project costs, track labor hours, and handle change orders to protect project profitability.
- Communicate Clearly: Act as the main point of contact between clients, general contractors, sub-contractors, and our internal team.
- Help the Team: This isn't just a desk job. You need to be willing to pitch in on-site and assist with installations or troubleshooting when the field team needs support.
- Represent TSG: Be the professional face of our company on active construction sites and in client meetings.
What We Look For:
- Proven Enterprise Experience: Direct experience managing $1M+ physical security integration projects from start to finish.
- Industry Background: At least 5 years of project management experience specifically in the commercial security or low-voltage integration industry.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with enterprise-level commercial security hardware and software platforms.
- Construction Literacy: Ability to read complex construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and wiring schematics.
- High-Level Organization: Elite time-management skills—you must be comfortable managing a diverse project pipeline without letting details fall through the cracks.
- Logistics: Clean driving record and valid driver’s license for travel around North Texas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
