Position: Full-Time Marketing & Intake Coordinator
Location: Henderson, NV (On-Site)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: June 22, or as agreed upon
Rate: $25.00-$30.00
Hands-on role combining client intake, marketing execution, and revenue growth in a growing law firm.
About the Firm
We are a small, fast-paced law firm serving clients in real estate, family law, business disputes, estate planning, and civil litigation across multiple jurisdictions. We value accountability, direct communication, and follow-through.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work closely with firm leadership, learn how a law firm grows, and take on meaningful responsibility with measurable impact on revenue. The position is approximately 50% intake/operations and 50% marketing/growth, with the balance shifting toward growth over time based on performance.
This is a high-ownership role where responsiveness and follow-through directly affect revenue. You’ll need to think independently while systems are being built and priorities shift. You’ll likely succeed if you:
· Have built or improved a process, system, or workflow from scratch
· Proactively spot inefficiencies and fix them without being asked
· Think in terms of conversion, cost per client, and ROI
· Take pride in being someone the firm can rely on
Responsibilities
Client Intake & Onboarding
· Manage inbound leads (calls, web inquiries, and referrals)
· Conduct initial screenings and route matters appropriately
· Prepare engagement letters and coordinate onboarding
· Track and improve conversion rates
Marketing Execution
· Maintain website content, directory listings, and basic SEO
· Coordinate email follow-ups and review requests
· Own CRM accuracy and pipeline tracking
· Ensure consistent and timely follow-through on all leads
Marketing Growth & Development
· Identify and build referral relationships
· Develop and test new client acquisition channels
· Track performance and ROI across marketing efforts
· Support improvements to intake and marketing systems
What We’re Looking For
· 1–3 years in marketing, sales, operations, or similar
· Strong writing and communication skills
· Comfortable with managing multiple workflows at once
· Close attention to detail and follow-through
· Analytical mindset—you care about what works and why
· Willingness to take ownership, not just direction
· Ability to handle sensitive client conversations with professionalism and discretion
Preferred:
· 2–5 years in marketing, sales, operations, or similar
· Law firm or professional services experience
· Familiarity with CRM systems (Clio, HubSpot, etc.)
· Exposure to SEO, paid ads, or referral marketing
How Success Is Measured
· Lead-to-consult conversion rate
· Consult-to-client conversion rate
· Speed-to-response on inbound leads
· Pipeline organization and follow-through
· Contribution to new client acquisition channels
Compensation (reviewed annually)
· $25.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience)
· Bonus structure tied directly to measurable performance metrics
