Auto Mechanic for our Benton Harbor Mi. facility. Replace/ Install/ Diagnose parts on domestic and foreign cars and trucks.
Responsibilities :
- Record and document pertinent auto information.
- Inspect and diagnose faulty parts based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer.
- Provide customer or manager with detailed estimates for repairs or replacement and obtain signature approval prior to commencing repairs.
- Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed to ensure mechanical soundness and determine whether any other problems exist.
- Describe vehicle's condition to customer and answer any follow-up questions.
- Work Safely, keep work area clean.
Qualifications :
- Must have at least 2 year experience, 1 state certifications preferred.
- Must have own tools and knowledge in minor repair
- Valid Drivers license
