Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, you are the first impression a Guest has of Elmer’s!
- Previous customer service is a is preferred, as is previous restaurant experience, but neither are required.
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident and comfortable with multi-tasking during busy times
The Front of House Support responsibilities include:
Providing outrageously gracious service to Guests by ensuring:
- Guests are greeted warmly as soon as they walk in.
- Guests are seated in accordance to floor rotation, with Guest preference and kitchen timing standards in mind.
- Any negative Guest experiences are identified and resolved before the Guest leaves.
- First time Guests are identified and given a special welcome.
- All Guests are given a warm farewell with an invitation to return.
- Making sure that Guests are served fresh, fantastic food by controlling the seating rotation, monitoring ticket times, and making adjustments when needed
- Ensuring that the properties are 100% neat and clean like new.
- Ensuring that tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset after a Guest leaves
