Description:
Responsible for leading Aquatics Service Agent team and the overall guest experience. Provide exceptional hospitality to members and guests through check-in process, maintaining pool deck cleanliness and guest engagement
Requirements:
- Meet with the Aquatics Supervisor as needed to discuss scheduling, supplies needed, training sessions, teambuilding activities and other related issues.

Provide support to Aquatics Service Agents in absence of Aquatics Supervisor.

Address service recovery issues at time of incident and follow up with Supervisor and additional managers as needed.

Act as a leader for the Aquatics Service Agent staff both by demonstration and instruction.

Help cover all special events, including holidays.

Maintain Forbes Travel Guide and 4 Diamond Service Expectations at all times.
