CDL-A Local Truck Drivers – Lathrop, CA | Home Every Night
We are hiring CDL Class A drivers for a local driving position in and around Lathrop, CA. You will run consistent local routes, come home every single night, and receive a reliable paycheck every week. Steady freight, dependable miles, and a team that keeps things organized from day one. PAY
- $1,600 – $1,850 average weekly pay
- $88,400 – $96,200 estimated yearly
- $0.75 – $0.79 CPM depending on experience
- $0.01 CPM automatic raise every 12 months
- $2,000 sign-on bonus paid at 30 days
- Direct deposit every Friday
THE JOB
- Full-time local position based out of Lathrop, CA
- 100% no-touch freight - drop and hook only, no unloading or dock labor
- Home every night - overnight runs do not exist in this position
- 5 to 6 days per week
- 2,200 – 2,375 miles per week average

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL - current and active
- 21 years of age or older
- Entry-level drivers welcome - zero months of experience required
- Minor violations considered on a case by case basis
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate your assigned CDL-A day cab on local routes out of Lathrop, CA
- Complete no-touch drop and hook pickups and deliveries on your assigned corridor
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections every shift without exception
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and stay within all legal hours of service limits
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety standards on every run
- Keep dispatch informed throughout your shift on any delays or changes
