Personal injury law firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, excellent legal writing ability, and a desire to build a long-term career in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation.
Responsibilities
Handle all phases of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Maintain regular communication with clients and guide them through the litigation process
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed
Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes
Qualifications:
Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong writing and oral advocacy abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Self-motivated and driven by long-term career goals
Strong analytical, comprehension, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to multitask and quickly learn new areas of law
Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
Must thrive in a collaborative team environment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
