We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the warehouse, pulling & picking orders, being organized, attentive to detail & punctual. The Warehouse Manager will ensure efficient operations while optimizing processes for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Pick orders for production
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse environment.
- Lead efforts in continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies.
- Load / Unload shipments
- Maintain relationship with warehouse and shop floor
- Operate a forklift
- Inventory Control
Experience
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate with 3-5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of forklift operation and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving operational goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
