Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Full-Time Littles Teacher, dedicated to nurturing infants from 6 weeks up to 12 months. In this role, you will create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where the youngest learners can thrive. The hours for this position are Monday thru Friday from 8:15am-5:15pm with a potential start date of June 25, 2026. **In person interviews will start the week of Monday, June 15, 2026.**
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care tailored to infants’ individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
- Design engaging activities that promote early childhood development, sensory exploration, and motor skills
- Monitor and document each infant’s growth milestones and developmental progress
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment following health and safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child’s daily experiences and developmental updates
- Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements that support early learning standards
- Implement classroom management strategies that foster positive behavior and social-emotional growth
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or nannying roles
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for infant care
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Passion for nurturing young children’s growth through engaging teaching methods and caregiving practices
