We are looking for part-time, enthusiastic customer service-oriented people to become part of our Member Service Team. We are looking for candidates to fill multiple afternoon/evening shifts Monday - Sunday. The Member Service Team will be required to work 6 hours per week.
Our Member Service Team provides legendary service to our members and guests and play an integral role in creating the first impression of who we are to anyone walking in our door. They greet and acknowledge members and guests, check in members, answer phones and direct calls appropriately, as well as assist members and guests with inquiries about our programs and policies. The Member Service Team are important members of our team and value a teamwork-focused environment. Skills, Experience, Education:
- Commitment to providing top notch customer service and some experience working in a fast-paced customer service role
- Experience working with a diversity of people
- Team player who approaches challenges in a creative and positive manner
- History of conflict resolution, active listening, and written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent communicator – good listening, writing and oral communication skills
- Organized, flexible and resourceful
- Ability to execute multiple tasks at once, handle multiple projects simultaneously and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Computer-savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Passion for Republic's vision, mission and core values
- High School equivalent or higher
