Role Overview:
As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care - Central PA Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional home care that enriches the lives of our clients and gives peace of mind to their families. In this role, you’ll work closely with your team to deliver compassionate support, ensuring that each client maintains their dignity and independence. Whether you work during the day or evening, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a nurturing environment.

Monitor and document changes in client conditions and report to appropriate supervisors.

Encourage clients to engage in social and recreational activities.

Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients’ homes.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in a caregiver or related role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient with a dedication to improving clients' well-being.

Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (certification preferred but not required).
Bonus If You:
- Have prior experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.

Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time position that may include shifts on Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
