✅ SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
- 5+ years of professional automotive experience in a real shop environment
- You know the difference between a proper diagnosis and a lucky guess... and it bothers you when others don't
- Comfortable with electrical diagnostics and CAN/LIN network systems
- Comfortable with drivability diagnostics and modern networked vehicle systems
- Experience with air suspension and AWD/4x4 systems
- Proficient with OEM-level scan tools and oscilloscopes
- Follows structured diagnostic procedures and documents findings clearly
- European experience is a strong asset
- Master-level or A-tech credentials matter
- Takes ownership of their work from complaint confirmation to final verification
- Communicates clearly with advisors and teammates
- Open-minded, accountable, and coachable... not just experienced
- Genuinely gives a damn about doing the job right
