Job Summary

Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks to ensure timely shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and stockers while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves efficiently and ensuring proper labeling for easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and assist with reconciliation.
- Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
- Support warehouse operations by performing data entry tasks, managing shipping & receiving documentation, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing orders accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and order accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service needs.
