Destira empowers athletes around the country by producing an apparel line that’s high quality, super comfy, and as unique as each athlete who chooses us. We partner with thousands of gym clubs and hundreds of thousands of gym families across the country.
Family- and women-owned, Destira is designed, produced, and celebrated in the USA. We’re on a mission to make sure every athlete is heard, confident, and comfortable. We sell gymnastics apparel via retail and wholesale online at Destira.com, Amazon.com, through gymnastics pro‐shops across the country, and through our custom services where we design unique team and group apparel.
We proudly manufacture all our garments in Los Angeles, CA, distribute leotards from our San Carlos, CA warehouse, and have remote teams in both these locations as well as throughout the US.

Job Summary
Destira is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Sales Coordinator to support our growing Custom Apparel Program.
This role owns the operational and administrative details that keep Custom Projects moving, allowing the sales team to focus on customer relationships, account growth, and revenue generation
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, process management, and customer support and who is interested in being a part of a growing sales channel.
What Success Looks Like
- Custom projects are organized, accurate and moving forward without unnecessary delays.
- You create a smooth customer experience while keeping internal teams aligned and informed
- Custom projects move smoothly from booking through delivery, with clear timelines, accurate details, and proactive follow-up at each stage.
- Project deadlines are tracked consistently and next steps are clearly communicated.
- Invoices are processed accurately and on time, and Accounts Receivable follow-up is handled professionally, consistently, and with care for the customer.
- Shipping logistics and shipping approvals are coordinated clearly, ensuring completed orders are delivered on time and with minimal confusion.
- The sales team has the administrative, research, outreach, and upsell support they need to focus on customer relationships, account growth, and revenue opportunities.
- Internal systems are current and accurate, giving the team visibility into project status, customer details, deadlines, invoices, samples, and next steps.
- Potential issues are identified, communicated, and approached with a solution oriented mindset in partnership with the Custom Sales Manager and internal teams

Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales support, project coordination, or similar role
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Customer-service mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable working with systems and learning new tools
Programs we use: QuickBooks Online, Airtable, Shopify, Outlook, CRM systems, Excel, Slack, Zoom, UPS, EasyShip, Ring Central, Dropbox
Work Environment & Schedule
- Fully remote (U.S.-based only)
- Monday–Friday, 10:00am–3:00pm PST
- Quiet, professional work-from-home setup required
- Daily communication via Slack, email, phone, and Zoom; weekly team meetings
- Travel 2–4 times per year for company events, tradeshows, and competitions
