Deluxe Photo is seeking detail-oriented individuals to complete discrete evaluation visits at restaurant locations where our photographers operate. These visits are conducted to assess service quality, sales approach, and overall guest interaction in accordance with Deluxe Photo standards. This role is project-based and paid per completed assignment.
Role Overview
As a Secret Shopper, you will visit assigned restaurants during a specific date and time to observe and evaluate the performance of a Deluxe Photo photographer. You will document your observations and submit a detailed evaluation report following each visit. These evaluations help ensure consistency, professionalism, and high service standards across our locations.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned restaurant locations at the scheduled date and time provided
- Observe and evaluate the photographer’s:
- Guest interaction and professionalism
- Sales approach and compliance with company standards
- Presentation and visibility of photo offerings
- Discreetly observe the experience without revealing your role
- Take required photos as part of the evaluation process (as instructed)
- Complete and submit a detailed online feedback questionnaire promptly after the visit
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Clear, accurate, and objective written communication
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and evaluation guidelines
- Access to a smartphone and/or computer to complete reports
- Basic photography capability using a smartphone or camera
- Ability to travel to assigned restaurant locations independently
Compensation & Perks
- $60 per completed and approved assignment
- Complimentary photo postcards may be provided as part of the standard photo service experience. (not guaranteed)
- Reimbursement opportunities may be approved if a photographer sells photos at an incorrect price and a purchase is required to complete the evaluation (subject to review and documentation)
