Mobile Phlebotomist Floater
We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and customer-focused Mobile Phlebotomist Floater to join our team. Responsibilities include drawing patient samples, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent service at assigned facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Sample Collection

Responsible for drawing all patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.

Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.

Maintain regular contact with assigned facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.

Communication and Customer Service

Communicate any current or potential customer issues within the assigned territory, offering suggestions for resolution.

Serve as a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable face of PHS laboratory services.

Address all service concerns and respond promptly to requests from staff and facilities.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage.

Assist with correction and missing information requests from Insurance and Billing teams.

Ensure proper documentation for sample collection and reporting.

Other Duties

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
