Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service periods
- Support catering events or special functions by preparing grilled items in larger quantities as needed
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus on steakhouse or fine dining environments
- Strong knife skills for precise cutting, trimming, and portioning of meats and ingredients
- Proven ability in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
