Position Overview
The ideal candidate has strong Florida family law experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple active cases while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who can anticipate needs, move cases forward, and contribute positively to a high-performing team.
QualificationsRequired
- 3–7 years of paralegal experience
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred
- Florida family law experience
- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP)
- Paralegal certificate or degree
- Experience with:
- Clio Manage or similar case management software
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Microsoft Office Suite
- OneDrive
- Florida Courts E-Filing Portal
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare family law pleadings, motions, notices, financial documents, and discovery
- Maintain case files and litigation deadlines
- Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy implementation
- Monitor active cases and proactively identify issues requiring attention
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the life of each case

Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience
