What You’ll Be Doing
As the welcoming face of our office, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and joyful experience for our patients and families. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
- Answering phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- Coordinating treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Verifying insurance and assisting with billing processes
- Keeping the front office organized, clean, and cheerful
- Supporting the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual who truly enjoys helping people and creating a great first impression.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Experience in Dentrix Ascend preferred
