Spice N' More Corp. distributes spices and specialty food products to supermarkets and wholesalers across the Northeast and nationwide. We are expanding our sales force and looking for driven, relationship-focused Sales Representatives to grow with us.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing an assigned portfolio of supermarket and distributor accounts, while actively developing new business opportunities. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island, with reporting to our Brooklyn office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage relationships with supermarkets, distributors, and retail accounts
- Service existing clients and ensure consistent, timely order flow
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct in-person sales visits and product presentations
- Negotiate pricing, placements, and promotional opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit accurate daily activity reports, weekly work plans, and territory analyses
- Coordinate with the internal team on orders, inventory, and fulfillment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to independently manage a sales territory
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in food distribution, CPG, or wholesale sales
- Existing relationships with NY/NJ/LI supermarkets or distributors
- Knowledge of natural spices or specialty food products
- Professional fluency in Spanish is a strong plus

- Base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commission potential
- Estimated total compensation of $40,000–$90,000+ based on performance
