Radio Station General Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight and regulatory compliance for the Tribe’s radio stations (including KPYT and KPYU). This position is responsible for developing and executing programming, business operations, community engagement, and revenue strategies aligned with Tribal priorities and public media standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Broadcasting, Communications or related field, plus three (3) years of progressive work experience in radio or broadcasting management. or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License;

This position will require the incumbent to work non-traditional hours, nights, and weekends;

Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card or be able to obtain the Clearance Card within ninety (90) days of hire. Failure to maintain the current Level 1 Clearance Card will result in termination.
