RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments
- Reach out to and follow up with up with prospective customers
- Follow up with clients with special order parts, recalls, and pending services to schedule appointments
- Connect new customers with appropriate service team member
- Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Must be tenacious and willing to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Pay: $39,520.00 - $65,000.00 per year
