Are you looking to launch your career in manufacturing? We are seeking an eager Associate CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will learn to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes while maintaining high quality standards. No extensive experience is required—we provide the onboarding and mentorship you need to succeed.
What You Will Do :
Machine Operations: Learn to set up and safely operate CNC mills and lathes.
Quality Check: Use measuring tools to perform basic part inspections and ensure quality.
Finishing Touches: Deburr parts and clean up finished pieces to meet daily production goals.
Team Collaboration: Attend brief daily team meetings to track orders and discuss goals.
Digital Tracking: Use our SAP computer system to log job information and track progress.
Workplace Safety: Keep your station organized and clean using standard 5S principles.
2nd Shift operates Monday thru Thursday-3pm to 1am
Weekend Shift operates Friday thru Sunday-4am to 4pm or 4pm to 4am
*Work 36/paid for 40
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
