Our Entry Level Sales Team Member plays an important role in helping represent our clients and delivering a positive customer experience.
An Entry Level Sales Team Member assists clients throughout the customer engagement process and helps ensure their needs are met. In this role, Entry Level Sales Team Members develop professional relationships with customers, provide product information, and address questions or concerns with professionalism and integrity. Entry Level Sales Team Member also collaborates with the sales teams to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services that align with client sales goals.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Team Member
- Provide information to customers face-to-face regarding current promotions, products, and services offered
- Build product and sales knowledge through training sessions and team meetings
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company brand appropriately
- Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized product recommendations
- Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and networking events to continue developing sales and communication skills
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Team Member:
- Experience in customer service, client relations, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
- Confidence in communicating with customers and addressing questions or concerns
