Position Summary
Junior/Mid-Level Systems Integrators support the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated IT solutions in support of the customer's requirements, working as members of a program team supporting complex system-of-systems environments. Junior/Mid-Level Systems Integrators support technical activities across all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), assist with requirements triage and traceability, and coordinate with program managers, engineers, and other functional stakeholders to help ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time. Junior/Mid-Level Systems Integrators are expected to build technical breadth across integration disciplines while contributing reliably to program-level deliverables and reporting.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 2-6 years of relevant professional experience in IT or systems integration environments; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting integration of systems, networks, and applications across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments
- Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to provide technical support across its phases
- Experience with requirements management, tracking, and traceability
- Experience coordinating with program managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to support technical solution delivery
- Familiarity with standard productivity and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including preparation of status reports and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement IT and integration efficiencies
