In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering expert pest control services, focusing on termite treatments and WDO assessments to protect properties and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections for termites and other wood-destroying organisms using specialized tools and techniques.
- Apply approved pest control treatments with precision, ensuring effective eradication and long-term protection.
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment, including power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, and lawn care equipment.
- Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with clients about inspection findings, treatment plans, and preventative measures.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up recommendations.
- Assist with land management tasks such as landscaping, farming activities, or lawn care when needed to support property health.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Pest Control Operator with specialization in Termite/WDO treatments.
- Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment necessary for pest management and land maintenance.
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely across various terrains.
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote additional services or treatment plans to clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build trust with customers.
