In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, building meaningful relationships, guiding them through the sales process, and providing personalized solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Representative
- Meet with customers in-person to educate them on products and services, ensuring every interaction is informative, personalized, and memorable.
- Conduct sales presentations face-to-face on behalf of our client, AT&T to promote their services to potential customers.
- Represent our clients at customer meetings, community events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and strengthen customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to support and execute sales strategies that drive growth and achieve company objectives.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and key performance metrics.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members by sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, sales training sessions, and team workshops to enhance communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications for the Junior Sales Representative
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Prior Junior Sales Representative experience is a plus
- Leadership, supervisory, or team-oriented experience is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with attention to detail.

Junior Sales Representative Compensation & Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Earnings: Commission-Based.
- Clients & Products: Promote and sell AT&T technology services
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week), with major holidays off.
- Job Locations: Tucker, GA office location and surrounding areas.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
