Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with our company. Ideal candidates will have experience in the Dry Cleaning industry and poses strong computer proficiency and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns.
- Process customer orders accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Ensure all garments are checked in Inspected and sorted correctly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast paced customer facing setting is preferred
- Knowledge of dry cleaning procedures checking in and tagging is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
