Penmac Staffing is hiring a 2nd Shift Rotomolding Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing company in the Brainerd area. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady weekday hours, competitive pay, and an outstanding benefits package once hired on by the client.Schedule & Pay
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday
- Hours: 3:45pm to 2:15am
- Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
Rotomolding Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rotational molding (rotomolding) machines
- Load and unload molds and raw materials
- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine quality checks
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment or production issues to supervisors
Requirements for the Rotomolding Machine Operator
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
