Position Highlights
- Title: Maintenance Supervisor
- Full Time Direct Hire
- 12-hour shift schedule (rotating or fixed based on plant needs)
- On-site manufacturing environment
Background Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems and scheduling
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Job Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule, and oversee daily maintenance activities and team workload
- Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members on best practices and repair procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout compliance
- Monitor production equipment and plant utilities to maintain optimal efficiency and uptime
- Oversee and ensure completion of preventive maintenance routines and documentation
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and support root cause analysis
- Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize maintenance activities based on production needs
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to drive continuous improvement initiatives
