Compensation:
$15.16 - $15.50 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed as they enter the lobby.

Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a pleasant environment for all visitors.

Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.

Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to address guest needs promptly.

Monitor lobby traffic and report any unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.

Support the front desk by managing guest luggage and providing directions within the hotel.

Ensure all lobby materials, such as brochures and magazines, are up-to-date and neatly displayed.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for extended shifts and lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.

Customer Service Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying messes and ensuring high cleanliness standards.

Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience: Previous background in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality-based customer service is preferred.
