The Foundry 8:1:3 Program is a specialized educational setting designed to support students with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities through individualized instruction, behavioral support, and a highly collaborative team approach. About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This individual will provide direct therapeutic services, conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and support students in achieving greater independence across academic, social, sensory and daily living environments. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a specialized educational setting serving students ages 5-16 years during the 2026-2027 academic year.

What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services to students within a school-based setting
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to individualized treatment planning
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, and daily living skill development
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, teachers, speech and language therapists, physical therapists and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ongoing collaboration to support student success
- Create engaging and individualized therapy interventions based on student needs
- Other tasks as assigned
What You Bring
- Active NYC Occupational Therapy License
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience developing and implementing Sensory Diet Plans preferred
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
