Responsibilities
- Provide personalized hair care and styling services to clients, including cutting, styling and beard trims
- Consult with clients to determine desired looks and recommend products or services.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards, including tool sterilization and clean workstations.
- Manage client expectations, upsell services and retail products, and support front desk tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair care, styling, cutting and barbering with a strong client service focus. Will train people with a great attitude and desire to learn.
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills; reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to client satisfaction
Pay: $25.00 - $39.00 per hour
