Overview
We are seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and support intelligent AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services. This role focuses on developing AI agents that streamline business processes, enhance user experiences, and deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise security, data governance, and responsible AI standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Develop solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Integrate AI agents with internal and external systems through APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Work from a prioritized Agile backlog, participating in sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing AI agents, implementing enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security standards, data privacy requirements, and responsible AI practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration specifications, and operational support guides.
- Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure reliable and scalable AI agent performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI-powered solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience building and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Hands-on experience with API development, integration, and data connectivity across enterprise systems.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, or other enterprise platforms.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and working within a prioritized backlog.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or other Microsoft AI technologies.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, and cloud-based integrations.
- Experience with chatbot, virtual assistant, or conversational AI development.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and application lifecycle management within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, or related technologies are a plus.
