Licensed Massage Therapist — W2 Commission or 1099
Blissful Balance Massage & Spa is looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our small, family-owned massage practice.
We are not a large corporate spa or high-volume massage business. We are a small, welcoming office with a loyal and reliable clientele, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves massage therapy, enjoys helping people feel better, and takes pride in providing excellent client care.
We are open to both W-2 commission employees and 1099 independent contractors. The compensation structure is different depending on which option you choose, and we are happy to discuss both during the interview process.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a licensed massage therapist who is:
- Currently licensed and insured and in good standing in Colorado
- Passionate about massage therapy and helping clients feel their best
- Professional, dependable, and personable
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a small team
- Committed to creating a welcoming, relaxing experience for every client
- Interested in building long-term relationships with clients
Preferred Skills & Specialties
We highly prefer candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
- Brazilian lymphatic drainage/sculpting
- Intraoral/Buccal massage
- Prenatal massage
- Therapeutic massage
- Deep tissue
- Sports massage
Experience with lymphatic drainage and intraoral/buccal massage is a strong plus, but we are willing to consider the right therapist who is eager to learn and grow.
Availability
Weekend availability is required. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Additional weekday availability is a plus.
